MEET CARL
After spending 5 years as a trial attorney at a mid-sized law firm in Holland, I started my own consulting firm, advising clients on business reorganization and real estate development during the economic downturn. My clients had combined real estate portfolios of more than $185 million.
In January of 2016, I opened my own law practice focusing on business law, real estate law, and litigation. Through my law practice and other life experiences, I have observed first hand the injustice that can result when someone does not have access to competent legal advice or representation.
I live on the south side of Holland with my wife and three kids. We attend Providence Church and enjoy camping and other outdoor activities, and I coach youth soccer.
I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosopy from Calvin College in 2001 and my Juris Doctorate degree from Indiana University School of Law in 2004. I was admitted to practice law in Michigan in 2004.
